Resistance welding is the joining of metals by applying pressure and passing current for a length of time through the metal area which is to be joined. The key advantage of resistance welding is that no other materials are needed to create the bond, which makes this process extremely cost effective. It also places the skill in the machine for optimum process consistency.
WARRANTY
Our parts warranty includes 2 years on the main weld heads and cylinders, 2 years on the weld transformers and 3 years on the weld controls, including the SCR’s for all RWC weld controls. MFDC Weld controls and Power Supplies have a separate warranty statement. All other parts are warrantied for 1 year or the component manufacturers warranty, whichever is longer. This warranty excludes abuse, mis-use and neglect and requires all welders to be supplied with cooling water at the correct flow rate and not to exceed an inlet water temperature of 85F for the warranty period.
