  • Overview

Introducing the PP Series of Pneumatic Rocker Welders–why buy a used welder when you can buy a new one with a warranty for a few more dollars.

  • Features

    • Microprocessor Welding Control brings digital precision to each weld, and is adjustable via an easy-to-use touch panel. Or, choose from RWC’s many other brands of welding controls, available as options.

    • Completely oil-free operation uses the latest in Non-Lube pneumatic components for a safe, oil-free shop environment.

    • Air Cylinder uses a low-volume return stroke – this reduces your air consumption, lowers your operating costs and increases your return on investment.

    • Adjustable weld stroke is standard on each machine – not an added option.

    • Water-cooled transformers, SCRs and electrode holders provide long hours of trouble-free service.

    • Standard 2 stage foot switch.

    • Heavy-duty welded steel frame and durable iron castings mean a long-lasting machine, backed by RWC’s standard 2 year machinery warranty.
  • Controls

CS-CI is a microprocessor-based welding control for Medium Frequency DC Welding and AC Welding. The weld control manages the welder’s operation, including the IGBT, which regulates the weld current. The CS-CI is a powerful full feature weld control system with the following features:

    • 64 Weld Schedule capacity.

    • 6 different operating modes including Constant current, Voltage, Energy Power, and Adaptive all with input voltage compensation.

    • Simplified 4 button programming with 4 language display.

    • Dual presets on each weld schedule for time and current, selectable using two - position switch.

    • Full feature weld functions including slope, quench, forge and more.

    • Operates 4, 24V valves for future automation.

    • Field Bus communication Options for network configuration and is supplied with a windows based software package to set-up and monitor the weld functions and extract data.

    • Proportional Valve circuit.

    • User defined error checking.
